| This is the latest generation DAC using upsampling, turning ordinary CD music into 24bit/96kHz format, which allows for a significantly better sound from your existing 16-bit CD recordings. The DA converter itself uses a fully balanced topology, with four Burr-Brown PCM-1704 processors (two per channel), with an overall dynamic range of 126 dB. The built-in clock generator has an accuracy level of only 2 ppm. Only ultra fast, latest generation current-to-voltage converters are used. Three separate power supplies, including transformers, one for the digital and two for the analog sections using super fast slow recovery diodes in rectifiers.
